Returns; Please also note we will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed.
Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

Customs; Custom orders need to be paid in full before any work is started. The deposit is to secure your spot on my customs list, and is non-refundable. For custom orders, items will be shipped 2-5 weeks after payment has been received and cleared. I will most definetly keep you updated and send you a photo of the finished product! :)
